Mikoto Misaka, postergirl for this blog, is the most moe, most awesome girl in anime. She hails from To Aru Majutsu no Index, but beats Index, Komoe, and Kanzaki by light years.
She has nearly ten thousand MISAKA clones, and one little Last Order sister-clone, but none are as moe as Mikoto.
She can control electricity, which is just pure win.
She is in middle school, and is near-loli.

She’s so cool, she gets Minami-ke and Ichigo Mashimaro references.

I haven’t watched Strawberry Marshmallow (that’s Ichigo Mashimaro, right? D: ), so I wouldn’t know…
The picture just reminds me of Osaka too much… but still, damn my anime inexperience!
