Okay, so while I was off not blogging and having a life, the aniblogosphere decided to do more cool stuff. I never get to do cool stuff. Apparently, listing favorite anime characters is not cool anymore, and my last post, an attempt at getting more hits, was a total failure.
So I’ve decided that I will not go with my initial plan of making a “jumping on the bandwagon is stupid” fake rant/troll post and instead jump on the bandwagon myself to look as “in” as possible. I’m still hip!
- Eureka Seven
- Lucky Star
- Mushishi
- true tears
- Clannad ~After Story~
Okay, I’m done. Also, visit my blog more.

Wait, what do you mean I have to…. huh? So you’re saying that I have to analyze this list and make some crap up that supposedly reflects what I like/who I am?
Okay, whatever. I’ll give it a shot.
So uh… the thing these five anime have in common… Well, for one, they’re the best five anime in existence.
Maybe I just like to watch good anime?

I haven’t seen one list with Lucky Star or After Story on it. Are you too “manly” or “cool” too express your love for Lucky Star and After Story? Hell, I know I’m not. Nobody visits my blog, so it’s not like I’ve got any face to lose. Lucky Star and Clannad are masterpieces.

learn to write more good. Also, remember, this shit takes a lot of time. It took me 2 years to get any damn readers.
I like your list, I really think those are all 5 respectable shows. Lucky Star wasn’t on my list, but it’s in my top 10! So it’s still somewhere!

So you consider Clannad After Story better than regular Clannad? That’s sort of funny cause it’s like “YEA, COME TO DA AFTER-PARTY, oops I mean the After-Story”. I’ve never seen either so I really can’t make better jokes/puns on it :<
But I have seen the rest and can say that your list is utter shi-BRILLIANT!!! Since you liked Aiko (from True Tears), you must also like a bunch of other loser characters, like Eureka, Konata, umm, Soulja Boy. But all is not lost. First thing you gotta do is to click on my name. Yea, the one with a lot of numbers, then click on any of the posts written specifically by Jesus159159159, leave some comments there, and you'll get some hits! Win-win situation! Oh, but I can't change your tastes in characters, sorry. I can only make you more intelligent and up the stats of your blog. I guarantee it ;3
NO U!!!

I’m actually more surprised that Railgun didn’t occupy all 5 slots :V

It’s funny why Lucky Star keeps showing up on every top 5 lists.. Moe cancer I guess.
“Also, visit my blog more.”
Oh sure.

November 3, 2009 at 8:14 am

Searching the cloud for that show, Dont know whats about..
November 3, 2009 at 9:13 am
Lucky Star would be on my list of favorites too. But the other four series on your list are fantastic shows as well =)

I’ve never seen True Tears or Mushishi, but I really want to watch Mushishi, it looks like a complete bangout.
I actually liked Lucky Star, pretty much just for Konata, who is an awesome fucking character.
It seems like most people like your top five…whenever I voice opinions, people seem to get pissed.

Visit your blog more? I already check updates daily–I think that would constitute stalking.
I haven’t seen enough of your (or some other people’s) top anime…I should probably get moving on that.
November 3, 2009 at 9:18 pm
Oi oi, most of this post was supposed to be a joke…
is just a crack at the blogger’s constant struggle to gain fame, recognition, and enough attention for companies to send free manga and DVDs… or something like that.
In any case, it seems that
Lucky Star is indeed populareverybody’s a pedophileNovember 4, 2009 at 5:27 pm
Oi oi , so was the first half of my post. XD
November 5, 2009 at 9:31 pm
Haha, I know!
Not replying to you specifically, since it looks like some people didn’t get my attempt at humor.
November 3, 2009 at 9:27 pm
Also, everybody’s caught up in thinking that I think that Railgun is the greatest anime of all time. Where’d you fools ever get that idea?
Mikoto is certainly the (spoiler) greatest character of all time, but her anime just doesn’t do her enough justice. Hell, no anime could do her enough justice.
To Aru Kagaku no Railgun < Darker than BLACK S2, by the way. (there was too much feedback on that tweet, and instead of replying, I decided to go to sleep and forget about it for two days)
November 3, 2009 at 9:45 pm
Well, it’s probably because you called Railgun “the Greatest Anime of All Time”. Trying to mislead us eh?
November 5, 2009 at 9:34 pm
Hah, when’d I ever say that?
November 3, 2009 at 10:01 pm
Doraemon was the greatest anime of all time.

I think you misspelled Naruto…
November 4, 2009 at 7:45 am
Lucky Star is in my top 10 ;_;
November 4, 2009 at 3:19 pm
Wasn’t Railgun your greatest anime of all time? :p
Ah well, at least it actually looks decent from ep 4 onward. Damn, I actually liked ep 4… Ah… no wonder… Touma and no Kuroko :p
November 5, 2009 at 9:33 pm
tru.dat!
Touma is a welcome addition when he’s not delivering speeches, and Kuroko is better… well, she’s just not that interesting a character in the first place.
November 6, 2009 at 9:39 am
It’s not like she’s not interesting, she’s seriously annoying and her voice only makes it worse.
November 7, 2009 at 6:46 pm
Kuroko was okay in Majutsu no Index mostly because she had a small role. Butin Kageru no Railgun she tends to be killing the series as she gets more airtime.
November 8, 2009 at 4:59 pm
Well, I’m not interested in an annoying person. D:
November 12, 2009 at 2:48 pm
“Touma is a welcome addition when he’s not delivering speeches,”
lol!
Also just recently finished Index and I must say Mikoto is a really great character. The show itself was the definition of mediocre, but Mikoto made it worthy.
